REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for reason:

  1. We offer refunds for transactions made with genuine mistakes. If you have made a mistake while placing an order, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or non-genuine mistakes.

  2. We do not offer refunds for subscription purchases once they have been used in any way. By using any portion of the subscription, you agree that the purchase is final and non-refundable.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe that it is fraudulent, abusive, or violates our terms of service.

 

REFUNDS

All Refunds must be postmarked within one (1) days of the purchase date.

REFUND PROCESS

To Refund your transaction, please email customer service at team@lupuscreed.com to obtain a Refund id number. After receiving the number, your subscription will be refunded within the specified limit.

Please send as an email with subject: “Refund for :#”Your_transaction_number””

REFUNDS

After receiving your Refund and inspecting your case, we will process your Refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of request to process your Refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your Refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following subscriptions cannot be Refunded:

  • If the subscription is in offer

  • if the subscription is mentioned as non-refundable

Please Note

  • Sale subscriptions are FINAL SALE and cannot be Refunded.

  • We offer a 10-minute refund window for all purchases. If you request a refund within 10 minutes of payment processing, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. After this time frame, refunds will not be provided

 

LIMIT OF LIABLITY

Our liability for refunds is limited to the amount paid for the subscription. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Third-Party Services: If you have purchased our services through a third-party vendor, you will need to contact that vendor for any refund requests.

CHANGES TO THE REFUND POLICY:

We reserve the right to make changes to our refund policy at any time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
